Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 24 hours from the time of placing an Order. If you have been charged for the items, you will receive a refund.

Returns

Customers have the right to return an order within 5 days from the date of receiving the order. This right only applies in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received that is to say the product must be unused and sealed. In order to initiate a refund, please send an email to Dramallamabev@gmail.com and we will initiate the return process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. In case your refund is approved, the same shall be processed via Shiprocket within 10 working days, and reflect in the original payment method used.
